How do I check my order status?
Once orders are placed in our system and paid, we will ship and notify you as to the tracking numbers and date shipped. Email us for more information.

What is your refund/return policy?
If an error is made on your order by us, we will remake and ship you a replacement at our expense. Please contact us with your order number and the problem. If the error was made by you, a discount will be offered for the remade product. Custom made and personalized items are not returnable. If you are not pleased with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
How can I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express,Discover Card, thru PayPal and money orders. In this fast production business personal checks take 2 weeks to clear and are much too slow to deal with.
All transactions are handled by our secure server and encrypted to protect your personal information.
How do I submit my picture for my order?
Email us a jpeg file of your photo. A disk with the photo may also be mailed with a check (money order) to our contact mail provided. File must be a jpeg file of 600 dpi minimum. Remember, the better the photo the better the quality will be on your new blanket.
Do you have a privacy policy?
We will not sell or share, in any way, any information with any outside company or agency. Your information is safe and secure with us.
How do I care for my Photo Blanket?
Your Photo Blanket can be washed in you home machine and tumbled dry. Wash dark colors separately. Do not use bleach or any whitening agents.
How long does it take to make my Custom Photo Blanket?
Normal production time is 7 to 10 business days, and then allow 3-5 more days for shipping unless you choose the next-day-air shipping option. All shipping is done via United Parcel Service – Ground. Sorry, No P.O. Box Addresses Please contact us for information on this RUSH Shipping

How Many Pictures Can I Use?
We recommend using no more than 4 photos on your blanket, but you can make a collage of photos by using PhotoShop and sending us your completed jpeg photo.
It should be sized to 50” X 60” with a DPI of 600. (PhotoShop help will explain this process) We’ll take it from there.
How do I wash my photo blanket?
You can wash your New Custom Photo Blanket in a regular machine washer. Wash on the gentle cycle in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. NEVER use any form of bleach when you wash your blanket; not even color safe bleach just to be on the safe side.
Will my New Photo Blanket Fade?
It shouldn’t under normal conditions.
Can I mail a photo to American Photo Blankets?
Yes, you can mail us the photograph however it is much faster and easier if you take your photograph to Wal-Mart or Walgreens or any copy shop and have them scan your photograph at 300dpi. Then you can just upload or email it to us. It is cheaper to have them scan it for you than it is to mail your picture to us. Sending photos by “Snail Mail” takes time. If your in a hurry, mailing is not recommended.
